Our office is primarily virtual with extensive online tools to effectively keep us humans connected (and intelligent).

Julia Tillett
Finance & Marketing
Julia joined Endeavor Engineering while still in high school, starting with part-time data entry, followed by BS degree in Entrepreneurship and Management. Julia is focused on marketing strategy, operational planning, and financial management. She helps shape and execute the company’s vision, ensuring alignment between internal goals and the value delivered to partners and clients.
Outside of Endeavor, Julia has consulted for startups and nonprofits, worked in executive operations at the 2024 National Western Stock Show, and currently leads a nonprofit called Crooked Creek Cattle Company, which is dedicated to preserving the western ranching experience.

Sales and Software Analytics
Nawas is a first-generation Kurdish American with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and building efficient solutions. His curiosity for how things work led him to software development, data analytics, and enterprise sales, where he now drives real-world impact.
At Endeavor Engineering, Nawas works as a Software Analytics Developer and Sales Executive. He starts with a focus on understanding customer needs, followed by realizing software and analytics to deliver on those needs, and resulting in lasting client relationships. He combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored solutions that help businesses make smarter decisions. With a hands-on, forward-thinking mindset, Nawas is committed to creating innovative, effective results for every client and project.

Business Development
Salah brings over 35 years of experience in operational technology, industrial systems, and business development across energy, utilities, and smart infrastructure. He’s a recognized leader in the MENA region, known for innovative strategies that drive efficiency and sustainability.
With a strong entrepreneurial background, Salah has led large-scale projects in power generation, automation, and infrastructure. At Endeavor Engineering, he focuses on leveraging OT and industrial AI to deliver smart, future-ready solutions.

Jim founded Endeavor Engineering in 1997, establishing an unexpected passion for entrepreneurship. The mission was to build valued solutions around the convergence of diverse intelligent systems, ubiquitous communications, cyber-physical interaction, and a data-centric perspective.
Initially, the focus was on cross-discipline industrial applications, but as the space evolved into the Internet of Things (IoT & IIoT) and Industry 4.0, boundaries became less defined.
Now with an understanding that “anything can be connected to anything anywhere and it’s all getting more powerful and affordable” Endeavor Engineering has a renewed focus on enabling others to derive business value from innovative “connected intelligence” focused technology solutions. We apply diverse engineering, consulting, project delivery, and startup experience to express and optimize outcomes from physical and virtual devices, systems, and services.
