Connectors
Connected Intelligence starts with connection and is the foundation for new value through new intelligence. Recently we have had a focus on creating software that connects systems and devices to realize the consequent benefit. Here are a few of our featured connectors.
Metadata Connector
Data value is often boosted by data about that data (metadata). This adds essential understanding in what that data means within a broader context. The Metadata connector organizes information from one or more “metadatasources” and optimally associates it with data in the target system. Our current Metadata Connector focus is on sourcing metadatasources to enhance Seeq data.

ABB Knowledge Manager Connector
Our first connector now modernized for Seeq Continuous Delivery (CD) and enhanced through Connectors ++ capabilities. Translates ABB Knowledge Manager sourced historical tag data into Seeq as signals with associated asset tree. Refactored to support Seeq Continuous Delivery (CD) and enhanced with our connector value-add.

Connectors ++
This product-like concept we are calling Connectors ++ is a collection of capabilities that we can add to any connector. It is enabled by our VirtualForge Connector SDK and associated objects to level-up connector capabilities and optionally add the power of the VirtualForge.

Tools
Tools are the way we describe VirtualForge enabled discrete capabilities. Whether in the physical or virtual world, work combined with intelligence and perseverance yields new benefit. Like tools are used with a physical forge to create new value, we describe the value producing elements in our VirtualForge as Tools. Here are a few of our favorite Tools.
ForgeVault
ForgeVault is a flexible historian and metadata platform built on PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB, designed to manage time-series and relational data wherever you need it. This product started with a customer requirement to organize time based SAP data and metadata into an intermediary database for use with the Seeq SQL connector. Whether in our VirtualForge cloud, on-premise, or anywhere in between it has many deployment options, is scalable, and has diverse uses.

This one is under development but we are so excited about it we wanted to share. ForgeIQ is the primary direct interaction layer for the VirtualForge Ecosystem This is your interface to realize delivery of optimized interaction and value. With the advent of new technologies like AI we are building it into much more. ForgeIQ puts your intelligence into Connected Intelligence.

Autonomic Maintenance
Started from a customer need to automate preventative maintenance. Seeq is used to identify a need for maintenance through its ability to generate insights from data. Enterprise systems such as SAP manage the maintenance lifecycle. Autonomic Maintenance orchestrates them to automatically execute and report back to Seeq on the full maintenance execution process.
