Not every challenge can be solved with an off the shelf product. That’s where our solutions come in.
We work closely with your team to understand yourchallenges, uncover opportunities, and
deliver a tailored solution—designed specifically for your needs.
We start with a consultation to learn
your business goals, system needs,
and operational challenges.
From concept to deployment,
we architect and deliver a solution with clear
deliverables and measurable impact.
Once delivered, we offer support
and continuous improvement as
your system evolves.
Example of a Hardware/Software Solution That Currently Operates Without VirtualForge Connectivity.
Designed and built a fab tool for a global semiconductor manufacturer that enables microscopic inspection of probe cards used in chip manufacturing. Micron scale movement and visual control combined with intelligent visual overlay providing metadata on objects viewed. Interface is through a hardware joystick, typical computer KVM.
Currently we have tools operating in multiple countries and semiconductor fabs.
Enhance manual microscopic inspection with digital technologies to improve technician ergonomics, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Added micron scale motor control combined with digital technologies to better automate and inform on the state of the Device Under Test (DUT).
Example of Seeq integration with an external system to enable Seeq user interaction with Amazon Web Services Lookout for Equipment.
Created a Seeq Add-on that enables Seeq users to create and train a Lookout for Equipment model with data the user has organized in Seeq. This add-on included a service to continuously update the model on Lookout for Equipment with new input data made available through Seeq. Also created a Seeq Connector that would make the Lookout for Equipment model output data available as Seeq signals, conditions, and properties. The result is a UI to enable Lookout for Equipment model setup and model output is “magically” available in Seeq.
Lookout for Equipment is primarily an API where the consumer typically needed to create most of the interaction software. This created a higher bar of entry for Lookout for Equipment users.
We created the described Seeq Add-on and Connector to enable Seeq users to interact with the Lookout for Equipment features in the expected Seeq context without a need for additional customization. The combination of Seeq’s data organization and analysis tools with the Lookout for Equipment to add unique modeling capabilities was a win-win-win for them and their customers.
Example of Seeq integration with the VirtualForge to enable a unique VirtualForge enabled tool, available in the VirtualForge Toolbox.
A Seeq Add-on that uploads a plot curve image and then digitizes the image information and adds it to a Seeq worksheet, usually in XY Plot mode. A typical use case is to digitally add information from a pump curve into a Seeq users worksheet so they can add it to their analysis. Using the VirtualForge Toolbox, the Seeq user opens the Plot Digitizer Add-on, which is powered by VirtualForge interactions with Seeq, they upload the plot curve image, execute the digitization, and then the digitized result is placed in the open Seeq worksheet. The Plot Digitizer can digitize a curve or identify all worksheet samples that fall within a Region of Interest.
Seeq had an existing Plot Digitizer solution that was not compatible with later Seeq versions and was not officially supported.
We refactored for easier support and moved incompatible features to the VirtualForge, which is designed to enable diverse execution options. The combination of Seeq and the VirtualForge doing what each does best resulted in a solution that we have made into a product available in the VirtualForge Toolbox.
